Why your Small Church may not be Growing

As a pastor of a small church, you may have been wondering why your church is not growing. You may have tried various strategies to increase attendance and reach more people, but it seems like nothing is working.   1. Lack of Vision

You need to have a clear understanding of what your church stands for, what your mission is, and what you hope to accomplish.
